Overview of recent changes to BOT-3 and MABC-3 Assessments

Presenter:  Kim Gilbert, OT and Lise Faulise, OT

Objectives:

1: Describe the key features, updates and elements of the Bruininks-Osteretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Third Edition (BOT-3) and the Movement Assessment Battery for Children, Third Edition (MABC-3).
2: Analyze and compare similarities and advantages/limits between these measures;
3: Discuss the best practices across pediatric settings in evaluating motor performance.

We are strongly encouraging in-person pediatric meetings that offer a hands-on component as this one does. We will also have a virtual offering but apologize because the camera/video option will not be of the highest quality, but we wish to be as inclusive as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
