Objectives:

1) Participants will gain an understanding of the role of occupational therapy within a forensic hospital setting supported by evidence and lived experience.

2) Participants will explore the efficacy of using self-directed goals for long-term patients within a forensic hospital to decrease occupational deprivation.

3) Participants will gain knowledge of evidenced based intervention strategies specific to the mental health population.
