In person meeting strongly encouraged. Virtual option also available.

Time: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Presenter:  Tania Rosa OTD, OTR/L and Melany Kurczewski OTD, OTR/L

Objectives: 
1) Describe the benefits of yoga and mindfulness-based approaches as an intervention to support children and adolescents;
2) Generalize knowledge to support direct application of approaches into practice;
3) Demonstrate an understanding of foundational theories guiding yoga and mindfulness-based approaches, and the application to OT practice.
