Objectives: 

1. Learn why and how high-intensity exercise can effectively support strength, regulation, and confidence in pediatric clients.

2. Challenge your current perceptions and explore the POWER of high-intensity exercise—thinking beyond typical OT activities and exercises.

3. Participate in a brainstorming session to share creative high-intensity exercise ideas that can be easily integrated into daily treatment sessions, including how to optimize existing OT equipment for more dynamic, high-intensity interventions.
