RIOTA is excited to share that the Senate version of our OT Interstate Licensure Compact bill (S2623 SUB A) unanimously passed the RI Senate on 6/4/24. Passed the RI House on 6/12/24.
Senator Miller, chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, served as our primary sponsor and champion. We are grateful to him and his team for all their work and guidance to move this bill forward.
